| Cancellation Policy | When appointments are forgotten or cancelled close to the scheduled time, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that spot and other clients miss out. I ask for at least 48 hours notice if you must reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service. In the event of a same-day cancellation or a "no- show" 100% of the service will be charged to the credit card on file. | Late policy | If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. Cancellation policy stated above will be applied if services cannot be completed. | Satisfaction Policy | If you are not completely satisfied, contact crystallistesalon@gmail.com within 7 days of your original appointment.
